We are able to direct bill online to GreenShield Canada, Blue Cross and Great West Life insurance companies. For any other extended health coverage, we will provide you with a detailed receipt for submission.
MASSAGE THERAPY FEE SCHEDULE
1/2 hour = $48.00
3/4 hour = $64.00
1 hour = $79.00
1.5 hour = $112.00
All massage fees are including HST taxes. The RMT's are able to bill directly GreenShield Canada and Blue Cross. All other fees must be paid by either CASH or CHEQUE. Massage patients are required to give 24 hours notice when cancelling and late patients will receive the remaining time only.
